Splashpad enthusiasts braved the unusual cold July day to be the first in the water at the grand opening during the Seymour Celebration on July 18.
Besides getting wet and turning blue, everyone enjoyed the festivities Seymour Celebration had to offer, including Rough Tough Trucks, a visit from the U-M Health System’s Survival Flight, entertainment from Oxford talent, great food, and so much more!
