NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Charter Township of Orion Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 24, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the lower level of the Orion Township Hall, 2525 Joslyn Road, Lake Orion, Michigan 48360, on the following matter:
A. AB-2016-36, David Ashman, 2025 Bald Mountain Road, Sidwell #09-24-100-008
The petitioner is requesting two variances from Zoning Ordinance No. 78:
1. Article XXVII, Section 27.05, H, 2: a 2 ft. variance over the allowed 6 ft. high privacy fence to allow an 8 ft. high privacy fence.
2. Article VI, Section 6.07, R-1: a 10 ft. variance from the required 10 ft. side yard setback for a 8 ft. fence to remain on the property line (north).
You may send correspondence regarding this case to the Orion Township Hall, addressed to the Zoning Board of Appeals, or you may attend the public hearing to express your views and/or concerns.
A complete copy of the proposed ZBA application is on file in the Planning & Zoning Department and may be examined during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, until the date of the public hearing.
