NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Charter Township of Orion Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 22, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the lower level of the Orion Township Hall, 2525 Joslyn Road, Lake Orion, Michigan 48360, on the following matter:
AB-2016-27, The Project Collaborative, Inc./Stephen Webster, The Kroger Co. of Michigan, 605 South Lapeer Road, Sidwell #09-11-429-021
The petitioner is requesting four variances from Sign Ordinance No. 138:
• Section 8, Schedule B, requesting: a variance to allow 2 additional wall signs (to be installed on the approved decorative masonry walls) over the two allowed, to install a total of 4 wall signs and a 61 sq. ft. variance above the allowed 60 sq. ft. area of a wall sign, to install a total of 121 sq. ft. of wall signage.
• Section 8, F, 3, b, requesting: a 22 sq. ft. variance above the allowed 24 sq. ft. to install a 46 sq. ft. gasoline service station fuel price sign. Section 5, A, requesting: to install three LED fuel price signs that are integrated into wall signs.

A complete copy of the proposed ZBA application is on file in the Planning & Zoning Department and may be examined during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, until the date of the public hearing.
