This picture is designed to help sell Chrysler minivans, but Orion Township residents might notice more than just the van. That’s because Friendship Park was used as a backdrop for promotional photographs, like the one above, for the 2008 Town & Country minivan brochure. Parks & Recreation Director Rock Blanchard said Chrysler’s decision to use the Orion park for their brochure is a real honor for the township.
