The Oxford Lady Golfers had a winning week by first taking the Birdie Division of the Romeo Invitational and then coming back to dominate Brandon and Lapeer West in a tri-match.
At the Romeo Invitational on May 2, the Lady Cats won with 442 points. Utica came in second with 448 followed by Port Huron with 482. The other teams competing included Grosse Pointe Team 2, Imlay City and Romeo Team 2.
Placing for the Lady Cats were Jacqui Grace with 106, Kate Hubbard with 108, Beth Hubbard with 114 and Jackie Maher with 114.
On Tuesday at Oxford Hills Golf Course, Oxford won with 192 points to Brandon’s 227 and Lapeer West’s 218. Placing were Beth Hubbard with 47, Kate Hubbard and Jackie Maher with 48 and Jacqui Grace with 49.
Oxford competes in an invitational today (Wednesday) at Fieldstone.
