Clarkston Brake and Muffler Shop, at the corner of M-15 and Clarkston Road, is looking for a new place to call home. Co-owner Dan O’Connor was surprised to read local business owners Curt Catallo and Ann Stevenson are planning a coffee shop and deli with a drive-thru and outdoor seating.
The first time he heard about plans for the restaurant was when The Clarkston News asked him about the future change.
Clarkston Brake and Muffler has been at the location since 1976, with O’Connor and his partner owning it for the past 13 years. He said the building has been an automotive related business since around 1920….
