Request for Proposals

The Charter Township of Orion is requesting proposals under Community Development Block Grant guidelines to provide emergency food assistance services to low income households for the program year fund 2018.

All proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 11, 2019. Return proposals to the Clerk’s Office, Charter Township of Orion, 2525 Joslyn Rd., Lake Orion, MI 48360. Outer envelope to be marked “Food Assistance” in lower left-hand corner.

Bids will be awarded to the best services provider based on the following criteria:

Experience

Administrative capacity

Familiarity with CDBG regulations

Cost

Winning bidder will be required to sign a contract.

This is a Federally Funded project.
