OCSD deputy OK after car ends up in swamp

A deputy for the Oakland County Sheriff’s Department Orion Township Substation is all right and back to work after his patrol car ended up in a swamp off Clarkston Road over the weekend.
According to the OCSD, the officer is new to the area and was responding to a medical call around 8 p.m. on May 1 when he lost control of his vehicle on a curve on the wet roadway of Clarkston Road.
His patrol car ended up upside down in a swamp area just off the roadway. No one was injured in the accident.
