Mary Kevin Theunick passed away on April 5, 2024.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, James Theunick, and her son, James Kevin.
Mary is survived by her children Mary Heather (Marvin) Miller, Sean Patrick, Erin Elizabeth (David) Enderby, Matthew Brendan (Renee), Megan (Karen), and Michael Ryan. She was a beloved grandmother to Gabriel, Olivia, Rory, Declan, Wilson, and Katy.
Mary was also preceded in death by her brother Joe (Sun) and sisters Cindy and Carol (Tom) Druskinis. She is survived by her brothers Mike (Dawn), Pat (Claudia), and Jim (Patricia) Duerr.
Mary was a retired Oakland County Public Health Nurse. Mary cherished spending time with family at her vacation home in Maple City, Mich. Mary loved the Christmas holiday and could often be found wearing her favorite color red.
A funeral mass will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024 at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 715 N. Lapeer Rd., in Lake Orion. The family will receive friends Thursday from 3-8 p.m. at Modetz Funeral Home, 100 E. Silverbell Rd., in Orion Township.
