Atlas Twp. – A Swartz Creek man was killed in a tree-trimming accident last week.
Steven Fraelich, 51, of Swartz Creek died after falling from a pallet placed on a lift truck.
Fraelich was attempting to trim a tree about 4:30 p.m. April 10 in the yard of a home located in the 10000 block of East Maple Road when he lost his balance and fell from the truck, said Sgt. Dave Dwyre of the Genesee County Sheriff Department.
