The Lake Orion color guard took third place Saturday at the Winter Guard International regional held at Ferndale High School.
The guard competed in the Scholastic A division, with morning prelims involving 17 guards in that category.
They finished fourth and were among nine guards to qualify for the evening finals, where they placed third, with an identical score of 72.60.
