LOHS boys varsity basketball team extends winning streak to 9 games

Lake Orion High School’s boys varsity basketball team extended their winning streak to nine games after defeating Troy Athens on Jan. 30, and Stoney Creek on Jan. 28.
The Dragons defeated Troy Athens 47-30, and held Troy to nine points in the second half. Senior Zack Price-Parks scored 17 points.
Eight Dragons scored in Lake Orion’s 63-32 win over Stoney Creek.
Price-Parks led the Dragons in scoring with 26 points, junior Nathan Giacolone scored nine, while juniors Jackson Shoskey and Ryan Rocheleau scored six. Senior Nick Galben scored seven, junior Will Farmer scored five and junior Max Neering and senior Caiden Retsel both scored two points.
Results from Lake Orion’s game against Oxford on Tuesday were not available by press time. – J.G.
