The Lake Orion Education Foundation’s annual 5K run/walk was this past Saturday (Aug. 6). The race started at Lake Orion High School. About 100 runners participated, to raise money for the orginization. The Foundation is a nonprofit organization created by friends and supporters of the Lake Orion Community School District to enhance and enrich the educational opportunities offered to children. photo by J.
