Steve Morgan of Lake Orion came home from the Lake Orion Farmer’s Market with a little more than he expected July 27. As anyone who has visited the market knows, it’s not just fresh produce and friendly people. Live music, unique products and artistic allusions are all common, and on July 27, a contest entered the fray of attractions. Situated around vendor of the week Frantz Honey of Davison, patrons filled out slips and deposited them in a large barrel. At 5 p.m. Morgan won a sample bushel comprised of products from every vendor at the market.
