Lake Orion Police Chief Mark Amundson will serve as the acting village manager from Feb. 14, through Feb. 24.

The decision was approved during village council’s regular meeting on Jan. 28, due to Village Manager Darwin McClary’s upcoming vacation. Amundson will receive a $3.86 increase in hourly pay for 56 hours of service while acting as village manager. – J.G.
