LO Marching Band continues to excel in competitions

Improving over three points from their previous competition, the Lake Orion High School Marching Band took second place at Saturday’s Clarkston Invitational.
First place went to Plymouth-Canton with a score of 88.1, Orion was second with 80.55 and Grand Blanc rounded out the top three with a score of 78.55.
The band will compete in the Huron Valley Invitational this weekend, with the state competition approaching on Nov. 3 at Ford Field.
