LO becomes mystery town for annual event

Next Friday (April 25), from 6-9 p.m., the streets of downtown Lake Orion will be bustling with wine enthusiasts and local sleuths searching for clues in artwork decorating local businesses.
‘It’s a mystery tour, fine art exhibition, and a wine tasting event rolled into one spectacular evening of fun,? said Orion Art Center Director Reggie Harrison of the annual event.
The mystery tour begins at the OAC, located at 115 S. Anderson St., and takes participants on a self-guided tour to many area businesses to find answers in the art.
The tour ends at Elements, located at 11 S. Broadway, where guests will be treated to live entertainment, prizes, gourmet appetizers and a fine wine tasting.
The event is sponsored by the Lake Orion Downtown Development Authority and the OAC.
Harrison said the suggested donation for tickets is $30 per person, and traditionally the event sells out quickly. Call the Orion Art Center at (248)693-4986 for more information or to reserve your spot.
