Orion Township Parks and Recreation and Challenger Sports brought the British Soccer Camp to Civic Center Park again this year, with the second and final week taking place July 18-22.
The camp offered kids from age 4 to 18 the chance to learn new skills and sharpen existing ones with the British coaches, who teach at the camp in Lake Orion every year.
Each camper went through the British Soccer program of individual foot skill development, technical and tactical practices, small-sided games and coached scrimmages.
Each coach teaching at the camp holds a national coaching license from Great Britain, and are specifically trained for the British Soccer camp program.
