The Village of Lake Orion is seeking bids from qualified licensed contractors to build a pre-fab / modular home for the Village of Lake Orion Neighborhood Stabilization Program. Request for Bid (RFB) shall be submitted to the Village Manager, 37 E. Flint St, Lake Orion, MI 48362 no later than 3:00 p.m. on Monday, April 5, 2010. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked ‘NSP Home Construction Bid.? Complete specifications can be obtained from the Village of Lake Orion.
This is a federally funded project. The Contractor and Subcontractors on this project must comply with HUD contract provisions 24CFR Part 85.36(i), Davis-Bacon Act, Nondiscrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive defects in bids, to enter negotiations with any applicant, to re-solicit for bids and to conduct a review meeting with any and all applicants. The Village will not be responsible for any costs or fees associated with the preparation of a response to this request-for-bids.
