The varsity softball team at Lake Orion High School traveled to neutral territory at Oxford High School to take on Rochester Adams High School over the weekend in the regional semifinals.
The Dragons fell to the Highlanders in a narrow loss, 2-1, on June 8, ending their season.
Lake Orion took home the district title on June 4, dominating the Waterford Kettering Captains 19-5 in the district semifinal and defeating the Clarkston Wolves 11-5 for the district championship. — M.K.
