They also finished ninth out of 24 teams at the Lapeer Tune-up and fourth out of 20 teams at the Oakland County tournament on Monday, August 29.

Oxford takes on the rest of the Oakland Activities Association white division in their first tournament of the year at Huron Meadows on Wednesday, August 30.
‘It should be very competitive,? varsity head coach Terry Kelley said. ‘The two teams that finished in front of us will also be in tomorrow’s tournament, and we need to step our game up.?
Kelley was referring to the combined schools of Farmington and North Farmington and Troy Athens. ‘We had a good match with them (Athens) last year, and we know they will be tough,? Kelley said.
