Incumbents prevail on Goodrich Board

The Goodrich School Board will look pretty much the same after three incumbents retained their seats following the May 3 election.
Board Vice-President Timothy Zirnhelt and Treasurer Linda Jackson were re-elected to four-year terms while Trustee David Cramer will serve a partial term due to the resignation of Trustee James Bertrand.
Cramer appeared on the ballot separate and ran unopposed. Newcomer Jeremy Spear challenged Jackson and Zirnhelt.
Zirnhelt received the most votes with 869 (38.5 percent), Jackson had 825 votes (36.6 percent) and Spear netted 554 votes (24.58 percent).
