The Lake Orion High School varsity girls golf team earned an Oakland County Tournament title on April 20, the first in school history.
The Dragons finished first with 364, followed by Bloomfield Hills Lahser with 372 and two-year defending champion Rochester in third with 379.
Lake Orion was led by freshman Darby Peters, who finished second overall with 84, a team best. Ashley Hamilton was seventh overall, with 89 for Lake Orion.
Kristen Clemence had 94 for the Dragons, followed by Britney Hamilton and Tricia Hewitt with 97 each.
Lahser’s Megan Carter led all golfers with 79.
