December 27: Prescription fraud report at Clarkston Medical Center on Dixie Highway. A doctor said a patient attempted to change a prescription from one refill to three. The doctor refused further treatment of the patient.
Domestic assault on Maybee Road near Williams Lake Road. A 46-year-old Clarkston man was arrested for assaulting his wife.
December 28: Possession of marijuana arrest on M-15 near I-75. Deputies stopped a suspicious vehicle and found a 22-year-old Detroit man in possession of suspected marijuana.
December 29: Check fraud report at Bonnie’s Hallmark on Dixie Highway. A subject used two counterfeit $100 traveler checks to make a purchase.
Destruction to vehicle on Frankwill. Someone apparently shot out a window with a pellet gun.
Telephone threats report on Clintonville Road near Ray Road.
Domestic assault arrest at the Kroger store on Dixie Highway. A 33-year-old Waterford man allegedly hit his wife outside the store entrance.
Arrest for domestic assault and resisting and obstructing a peace officer on Holcomb Road near Miller. The victim reported being hit by her boyfriend. The 28-year-old man refused to cooperate with officers while being handcuffed. A deputy applied two separate Taser charges to the suspect’s back before he stopped resisting, reports said.
Possible identity theft on Bristol Park Drive. A department store called asking for the husband concerning an attempt to open a credit card account in his name. The wife told deputies her husband died about three weeks previously.
Operating while intoxicated arrest on Dixie Highway near Signet Drive. A 26-year-old Waterford man turned left in front of a patrol car. He later registered a blood alcohol level of 0.12 percent.
December 30: Subject arrested for operating while intoxicated and carrying open intoxicants at the Taco Bell on Dixie Highway. A 35-year-old Waterford woman allegedly kept pounding on the drive-through window after the restaurant closed. At first she refused a preliminary breath test, but consented at the Oakland County Jail, where she registered a blood alcohol content of 0.19 percent.

December 31: Credit card fraud on E. Circle Drive. The resident reported four unauthorized charges.
January 1: Trespassing report at the Oakland County Sportsmen’s Club on Waterford Road. Deputies responded to a report of an unauthorized vehicle stuck in the shooting range area. Two vehicle occupants admitted driving onto the private property after drinking the night before at a nearby bar.
Operating while intoxicated arrest on Maybee Road near Clintonville Road. A 52-year-old Waterford man refused a preliminary breath test and was taken to the North Oakland Medical Center for a blood test.
January 2: Assist to fire department for a medical call (accidental overdose) at Lancaster Hill apartments.
Family trouble and possible child neglect on Clarkston Road. A father wanted a newborn baby removed from the home because of the mother’s alleged failure to provide proper care. The mother reportedly was suffering from postpartum depression. Deputies allowed the father to take the baby to a stepgrandparent’s house while he was working, pending notification to the Family Independence Agency.
