Four Blackhawks score in double figures as Brandon routs Imlay City

It was all Brandon in the Blackhawk varsity basketball team’s Dec. 20 at Imlay City.
Four Blackhawks scored in double figures as Brandon defeated the Spartans 77-46 in a nonleague contest. Brandon improved to 2-0 on the season.
The Blackhawks led by a 25-10 margin after the first quarter and 46-21 at halftime.
Erik Allar led the Blackhawks with 19 points, while Donald Carter added 17, Adam Howard 15 and Adrain Harges 11. Harges also dished out eight assists for the Blackhawks.
Brandon also had a Dec. 16 home game scheduled against White Lake Lakeland, but that was cancelled due to inclement weather.
The Blackhawks have a scrimmage with Walled Lake Northern scheduled at 10 a.m. Dec. 29 at Brandon High School. Their next regularly scheduled game is at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, when the Blackhawks travel to Saginaw Heritage.
