The Clarkston Village Players are having open auditions for the comedy ‘Don’t Dress For Dinner,? by Marc Camoletti, adapted by Robin Hawdon.
In this hysterical farce, Bernard plans a weekend with his chic Parisian mistress in a French farmhouse. He arranges for a cordon bleu cook to prepare gourmet delights, packs his wife Jacqueline off to her mother’s and even invites his best friend to provide the alibi.
Comedy ensues throughout the evening.
Roles are available for three men and three women, ages ranging from mid-20s on up. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script.
Auditions are at the Depot Theater on July 17 from 2-4 p.m., and on July 19 from 7-9 p.m. The Depot Theater is located at 4861 White Lake Road.
