Gridiron golf outing around the corner

The 2005 Clarkston Football Friends, Family and Alumni Golf Outing is on Sunday, August 14, at Pine Knob Golf Course. Registration begins at noon followed by a shotgun start at 1 p.m.

OCC driving for scholarships

Pine Knob Golf Course will host Oakland Community College’s 14th annual Dorene Hope Shank Golf for Scholarships Outing on Aug. 12. Independence Township Parks and Recreation is offering adults a chance to sharpen their golf game this summer.
