Looking for something to do on a Wednesday? Now until Sept. 28, the Lake Orion Farmers Market is going on and features Michigan-made and Michigan-grown goods.
According to the LO DDA, it is a great way to support local businesses, especially local farmers, and allows you to get some face-to-face time with the actual growers.
The market features a variety of products, and more information can be found on their Facebook page, Downtown Lake Orion Farmers Market, or the DDA’s website, downtownlakeorion.org.
The market, which runs from 2 to 7 p.m., is located on South Anderson, next to the Orion Art Center. -C.S.
