The Charter Township of Brandon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing August 24, 2005 at 7:30 P.M. at Brandon Township Offices, 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462.

Location: Deerpath Court (vacant).
Request: Applicant requests the following variances:
1) To permit sharing of a driveway by two residences for the first 100 feet of length.
2) To permit a 15 foot separation between driveways when they divide (minimum 30 feet is required by ordinance).

Request: Applicant requests to construct new barn partially in front of the front building line of his home.
