Betty Sue Adler of Lake Orion passed away on February 16, 2025 at the age of 77.
Betty was born on March 20, 1947 in Pontiac, Michigan to Robert and Helen Davis. She was the wife of Bobby for 52 years; mother of Lauraie (late Brent) Carr and Sonya (Russell) Majors; grandma of Ross (Rydia) Eckhardt, Ashley (Bruce Price) Watkins, Marcus (Stephanie Windmon) Watkins, Christina (Steve) Nelson, Russell Jr Majors and Kelsey (Nicholas) Shirah; great-grandma of Shane, Breilehn, Tristin, Elijah, Danielle, Marcus, Malike, Mckinlley, Selena, Za-Niyah, Kaiden, Emma, Zoey, Austin and Dallas; sister of Judy Parrish, Elvira “Louise” (Bob) Butts and Calvin Davis.
Betty was preceded in death by her daughter Lisa Eckhardt and granddaughters Jillienne and Morgan.
Betty enjoyed bowling and listening to old country music. She was talented at knitting and crocheting. Many memories were made on trips to the casino and on cruises.
Friends may visit Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home in Clarkston on Thursday, Feb. 20 at 10 a.m. with a funeral service at 11 a.m. Private family witness interment at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly on Friday, Feb. 21 at 11 a.m. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
