Depot Bridge crossers become Brownies

Clarkston Daisy Girl Scouts from Troop 3410, Independence and Clarkston elementaries, crossed the bridge in Depot Park May 28 as part of their bridging ceremony to become Brownies.

Independence senior committee elects officers

The 2005 officers for the Independence Township Senior Advisory Committee were elected during the Dec. 8 board meeting: President Sandra Meyer, Vice President Lois Seddon and Secretary/Treasurer Tom Lyman.
