Spaghetti dinner fund-raiser
Oxford Free Methodist Church (790 S. Lapeer Rd.) is hosting a spaghetti dinner and bake sale on Saturday, Aug. 9 from 5-8 p.m. Proceeds from the event will go to help Kammron Myles who’s in need of a bone marrow transplant. For more information call the church at (248) 628-1203.
Committee meeting
At 7 p.m., March 10, the Brandon Preservation Committee, a local committee of the North Oakland Headwaters Land Conservancy, has scheduled its regular monthly meeting at Brandon Fire Station #2 near Sashabaw Road just south of Seymour Lake Road.
