Brandon’s varsity wrestling team dropped a league contest Feb. 1 against Lapeer East and Linden. The Blackhawks lost 68-11 to East and 58-6 against Linden. Winning for Brandon against Lapeer East were Travis Murphy (103) and Sam McGeachy (119), while Zeke Grounds (215) was Brandon’s lone triumphant wrestler against Linden.
