The Oakland County Animal Shelter will now be open on Saturdays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
‘We hope adding Saturdays to our schedule will make it more convenient for our customers to come and adopt pets, purchase dog licences and register their cats,? said Larry Obrecht, manager of the shelter.
The animal shelter, located at 1700 Brown Road in Auburn Hills, is open Mondays and Friday from 10 a.m.-6:15 p.m. and Tuesday through Thursday from 10 a.m.-5:15 p.m.
