Accident or not?

The Oakland County Sheriff’s Department is investigating to see if a pedestrian injury accident that happened in the Orion Cove Apartments could have been the result of an argument between two men.
The OCSD responded to the call of a hit and run accident at 594 Kimberly in the Orion Cove Apartments on Aug. 24.
The incident occurred at about 2 a.m. An intoxicated male victim was unresponsive, and was transported to Royal Oak Beaumont Hospital for medical treatment.
The responsible driver fled the scene, and was eventually located in the Rochester Hills area.
The responsible driver, who was also intoxicated, was transported to the OCSD Orion Township Substation.
A crash reconstruction investigator was sent to the accident scene. The OCSD said the accident is being investigated as a felonious assault that occurred between the two male subjects.
The OCSD said the two men were having a ‘heated argument.?
