A SPOOKtacular time at Moose Tree

It was a spooky stroll through the woods on Oct. 27 when Moose Tree Nature Preserve celebrated Halloween by hosting the Spooktacular Story Stroll.
About 90 people attended the event that featured family-friendly Halloween stories and skits along the trail, as well as a professional story teller, Pam Simms, inside the Nature Preserve. Participants also go to enjoy a Halloween treat of cider and donuts.
To continue the celebrations, this past weekend, Moose Tree hosted the Organization for Bat Conservation for a live animal program. The event was sold-out.
Moose Tree will be switching gears and getting ready for their next family-friendly event coming up on Dec. 8, when the Nature Preserve will be hosting a holiday craft program.
