That’s how John Stewart, owner of A. Pauluzzi Pizza, 5500 Oak Hill Road, describes his product’created from a long family tradition.
‘We listen to our customers and get it right,? said Stewart, who opened the pizza eatery this fall. ‘We use a homemade recipe with quality ingredients and make our crust and pizza sauce fresh each day. Customers can really taste the difference.?
From gourmet pizza, oven baked subs to salads and bread sticks, Stewart utilizes his experience and recipes from Anita’s Riverfront Grille located in Marine City, Mich.
‘My mother, Sinforosa A. Pauluzzi, and many family members are from Buia, Italy,? said Stewart. ‘We remain family owned and have been very successful’we listen to our customers and they respond.?
A. Pauluzzi Pizza features flavored crust, 19 toppings, hand tossed, thin or crispy crusts and some pretty unique pizzas.
‘Pizza lovers need to come try the Stewy Special,? said Karin Gabriel, general manger with more than 10 years in the pizzeria industry. ‘The chain pizza companies just can’t match up’you really get what you pay for.?
