The Wildcat men’s cross country team had yet another strong finish at the West Bloomfield Invitational with the team placing third out of 22 schools.
Four Oxford runners received medals for the day: Donnie Richmond came in second with 16:27, Kevin Brown came in 14th with 17:53, Kenny White came in 19th with 18:11 and Tim Rowland came in 23rd with 18:22.
The Lady Wildcat’s were led by Lauren Cribb, who placed 49th overall, with a time of 23:45. Katie Carroll placed second for Oxford with 25:10, a personal best for the 3.1-mile race.
The cross country teams have their first home game against Holly on Sept. 17.
