Present: Allen, Darnall, DePalma, Rumball, & Thurman. Absent with notice: DeWitt.
The following actions were taken:
1) Approved the Agenda as presented.
2) Conducted second interviews of Trustee applicants.
3) Adjourned at 6:54 p.m.
