It’s been two decades since Jeff Dawley and Marion Wojtkowicz recognized a need in the community and opened Atlas Real Estate.
While the company’s success of more than 4,000 sales over the past 20 years is outstanding’what Dawley is most proud of is the trust gained from their customers.
‘Trust is our number one goal’everything else is easy to do,? he said. ‘We strive to earn the trust of those who we work with for life. If we do that, we’ve done a good job. The public has one attorney, one financial planner, we want to be that one realtor that people can look to and can handle all their real estate needs.?
Both Dawley and Wojtkowicz came into the business in 1995 with real estate experience. Over the years the two built up client base with a strong staff. Today, there are six associate brokers on staff with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the industry. The company incorporates a wide variety of real estate including vacant land, single homes and commercial properties. Atlas Real Estate coverage markets include south Genesee, south Lapeer and north Oakland counties.
‘We started with just card tables and telephones,? he said. ‘We each had laptop computers and each one had a printer’the computer network system was yet to come. Like any business, technology has really changed things over the years. The economy changes also really impacted the real estate business. But, we found a way to help our clients in some very dark times in real estate. There was a way to survive and prosper during those days’we worked hard in some tough times and came through.?
‘The success of Atlas Real Estate was due to the community support over the last 20 years,? added Dawley. ‘We are very thankful to an outstanding customer base that has provided us an awesome place to do business. Thank you for two decades.?
