River Rock Bar & Grill

When River Rock Bar & Grill, 15100 Dixie Highway, was launched last fall patrons not only found a break from the long trek north along with a complete menu from steaks to fish to pasta, but they also found the 5,000 square-foot facility a destination for after work drinks and casual dining. Located just outside the State Park wilderness area of the township’River Rock Bar & Grill is not only just a few miles from metro areas, but also a nice getaway for great food.
‘Whether it’s after skiing at Mt. Holly, enjoying the Renaissance Festival, or heading up north, we’re just a mile or so off I-75,? said Chuck Phyle, co-owner of River Rock. ‘It’s worth the short drive out in Groveland Township for some great food. River Rock has become the dining destination from Grand Blanc, Holly, Ortonville, Lake Fenton and Clarkston. It’s relaxing here at River Rock, whether at the spacious 79-foot granite bar or by the fireplace for supper.?
‘Every good meal is enhanced by a great start from one of our River Rock appetizers featuring fresh calamari or our very popular steak bites,? he said. ‘The entrees include some magnificent steaks and our perch has become a popular item.?
In the warmer months diners can view the sunsets from the outside patio complete with a 10-foot fireplace when the evening turns cool.
