But Joe Greene, manager of Randy Wise Ford, 968 Ortonville Road, said check out the affordable new Fords at Cobo Hall and stop by and drive them when you get home.
‘The Fusion and the C-Max hybrid-only line of vehicles are available right here in town,? he said. ‘Today a lot of people have a Ford F-150 in their garage’Ford wants the other vehicle sitting next to it.?
The gasoline-electric hybrid model provides about 47 mpg using a regenerative braking system capable of capturing and reusing more than 95 percent of the braking energy normally lost during the braking process.
‘There’s a lot of economy in the C-Max and the Focus,? he added. ‘We’ll soon have the all electric versions in our new show room here in Ortonville. Ford Motor Company continues to make great strides in gas millage, cutting edge technology and continues to set high standards for its vehicles and that is evident with some of our new vehicles.
Randy Wise Ford, which includes five locations in southeast Michigan, purchased the Ortonville location from Arrant Ford in 2004.
