Students explore mysteries throughout history

The Pine Knob Elementary mascot was gone and Principal Valerie Grimes had gone back in to time get it back.
But the students didn’t know what time period she had traveled to. They decided it was up to them to find her and bring her back.
They had to visit six of the World’s Greatest Mysteries and receive clues from their hosts on March 18.
They visited Amelia Earhart, Big Foot, Lost City of Atlantis, Bermuda Triangle, Great Pyramids and Shipwrecks.
While they gathered their clues, they listened with their thirst of knowledge to hear more about the people and mysteries.
They found Mrs. Grimes’ footprint, passport, and money leading them to her location and to the Tiger mascot.
The event was held for the school’s family reading night to get students reading more.
