A Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. in the evening, at the Oxford Veterans? Memorial Civic Center (2nd Floor), 28 N. Washington, Oxford, MI 48371, to consider the following request:

VARIANCE FOR: SIDE YARD SETBACK, LOT AREA AND FRONTAGE
The subject property is located on the south side of Ray Road, east of Oxford Road, at the south end of North Oxford Road in the R-2 (Single Family) and SF-2 (Suburban Farms) Zoning Districts (property is in two zoning districts) within the Township of Oxford, Michigan.
Approval of this application, as submitted, would require three (3) variances (for proposed Parcel ‘A?) from the Township Code as follows:
Section 3.7 ? Schedule of District Regulations
1. Minimum side yard setback
2. Minimum lot area
3. Minimum frontage
The Charter Township of Oxford will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting/hearing.
