The Wildcat Varsity Girls track teams made a strong showing in the 2009 Oxford Invitational, finishing fourth with 65 overall points.
The competition was strong as 12 teams from all over Southeast Michigan showed up to vie for the invitational championship. The girls track team from Lake Orion won the event, finishing with 101.5 points, beating Waterford Mott by five and a half points and Berkley by 11.5.

In the 3200 meter relay, the A Team of Brie Barry,Olivia Hernandez,Megan Seeley and Shannon Seeley finished fifth with a time of 10:35.36.
In the 100 meter hurdles, Katie Wolanin finished third with a time of 16.36.
In the 800 meter relay, the A relay team of Kara Charles,Brittany Moncrieff, Keeona Ives and Hannah George time of 1:50.92 was good enough for second behind Lake Orion.
In the 400 meter relay, the relay of Rikki Jarvis,Molly Bonfiglio,Katherine Bosett and Keeona Ives finished seventh with a time of 54.20.
In the 400 meter dash, Hannah George finished third with a time of 1:03.26
In the 300 meter low hurdles, Kate Wolanin finished second to Lake Orion’s Chiara Allen with a time of 49.33.
Shannon Seeley finished third in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:30.80.
Brittany Moncrieff’s time of 28.13 placed her seventh in the 200 meter dash.
The 1600 meter relay team of Kate Wolanin,Megan Seeley,Shannon Seeley and Hannah George finished second to Waterford Mott with a time of 4:17.41
Amanda Lewis finished seventh in the shot put with a distance of 30?.08.25?
Carly Eisenhardt finished seventh in the discus throw with a distance of 83?06.00″ Brittany Moncrieff tied for sixth in the high jump at 4?06.00″
The Wildcats had three girls finish in the top eight of the Pole Vault: Katherine Bosetti finished fourth with a height of 8?06.00″, Molly Bonfiglio finished sixth with a height of 7?06.00″ and Sarah Hillebrand finished in a tie for eighth with a height of 6?00.00″
