Just a quick and public thank you to the Ortonville Post Office, and especially to Starlene.
Your report last week about Desert Angel and all the packages sent to service men and women left out something important: The post office was closed the preceding Monday for Columbus Day, so the postal workers already had to squeeze six days work into five. When it came time to process almost 200 extra packages and Customs paperwork, Starlene came in an hour early (at 4:30 a.m!) so regular customers would not be inconvenienced and the packages would be sent timely.
