The sound of children playing and people laughing, and the smell of fall was in the air this past weekend as large crowds gathered to enjoy the festivities of the 33rd annual ‘Art in the Village,? hosted by the Clarkston Area Historical Society.
‘The weather cooperated ? it was a fantastic weekend, especially on Sunday,? said Jennifer Arkwright, president and publicity chairperson of the historical society.
‘There is something for everybody here, community feel of the event, everybody’s favorite fall treat, cider and doughnuts, bag gifts, antiques, and the silent auction where people win great prizes given by the artist.?
