SECTION 106 PUBLIC NOTICE
American Tower Corporation is proposing to modify an existing telecommunications tower site located at 135 Brown Road, Lake Orion, Oakland County, MI at Latitude N42-42-30.0, Longitude W83-18- 02.4. This assessment addresses a 30′ wide area around the perimeter of the existing 30′ x 45′ compound. The height of the existing monopole tower will not be modified. American Tower seeks comments from all interested persons on the impact of the tower on any districts, sites, buildings, structures, or objects significant in American history, architecture, archaeology, engineering, or culture, that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. Specific information about the project, including the historic preservation reviews that American Tower is conducting pursuant to the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (47 C.F.R. Sections 1.1307(4)) and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (36 C.F.R. Part 800) will be made available to interested persons who request the information from the contact below. 2005 SWIMMING CLASSES – GREEN’S PARK
Classes will be held for all swimming skill levels at Green’s Park in Lake Orion beginning Monday June 20, 2005.
Registration begins Wednesday, May 11, 2005, at 9:00 am at the Village of Lake Orion Offices, 37 E Flint Street, Lake Orion, Michigan 48362. Registration forms will be available at the Village Office Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Students must be at least four (4) years old by the date class begins. They will be grouped according to swimming ability. Classes will be held daily, Monday through Friday each week.
Three (3) sessions are being offered this year as follows:
June 20 through July 1
July 4 through July 15
July 18 through July 29
Class Times
9:45 am -10:30 am
10:45am -11:30 am
The cost is:
$25.00 for Village residents
$35.00 for Orion Township residents
$60.00 for non-residents
All registration will be done at Village Hall. No phone registrations will be accepted. Payment must accompany the registration form. If you have questions or want added information, please contact the Village Office at 693-8391, extension 100.
