At their July 11 meeting, the Clarkston City Council approved Clarkston resident Amy Wilson to serve on the Historic District Commission until 2007.
According to City Clerk Art Pappas, Wilson is interested in historical preservation and gained important experience when her house at 18 North Holcomb was approved in the historic district.
Pappas said the council is still looking for one more resident in the city’s historic district to sit on the commission.
