NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Charter Township of Orion Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 3, 2005 at 8:00 p.m. in the lower level of the Orion Township Hall, 2525 Joslyn Road, Lake Orion, Michigan 48360, on the following matter:
PC-2005-43, Guest House Women’s Treatment Facility Special Land Use, located at 1840 Scripps Road. The proposed special land use would be for a 16,957-square foot women’s treatment facility and a 2,400-square foot maintenance garage. Sidwell #09-16-476-001. Applicant: Nicholson Construction, Inc.
A copy of the proposed special land use is on file in both the Building Department office and the Clerk’s office and may be examined during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday until the date of the hearing.
